And, obviously, Bajaj Group is also recognized in several states because of its two and three wheels devices. The roots of the business could be followed in 1926, with Jamnalal Bajaj, the creator of the team and disciple of Mahatma Gandhi. Jamnalal's son, Kamalnayan Bajaj, was the one that combined the business and diversified into a number of other actions. Jamnalal Bajaj was an industrialist who respected and followed the great Mahatma Gandhi. In November 2007, Bajaj Auto got 14.5% position in KTM Power Sports AG, this business supplying the knowhow for combined development of the watercooled 4-stroke 125 and 250 cc engines. In return, Bajaj will distribute KTM products within this zone. In the start of 2008, Managing Director Rajiv Bajaj affirmed the cooperation and declared the business would raise the position in KTM to 25%.
