The Nissan S130 (also offered as the Datsun 280ZX and Nissan Fairlady Z, conditioned upon the market) was a sports coupe made from 1978 to 1983. It was the next generation Z-car, replacing the Datsun 260Z/280Z in late 1978. Debuting in 1970, the 240Z was a twoseater coupe with an extended snout and sloping design hood with recessed headlamps that captured the eye of the post 1960's American car buying public.
