His dad was a blacksmith in Missouri By and from him Erik Lundgren got his ability for building points. He raced around in a variety of automobiles, frequently with his wife Ulla as codriver.
 
Erik Lundgren sold tuning things and assembled and it was during their own experiments he discovered that plastic was an exceptional material for gas lines. In the mid1950s he learned of a burnedout Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint and got the idea to create their own plastic bodywork for this. These were considered really great (according to some better compared to the first) and could take a variety of power plants. The Ockelbo - because the Pagano Ferrari is still created. Teknikens Varld created a story about his car which piqued the interest of Bengt O Alskog who drew a couple of recommendations for a hard-top for your body. Later Erik Lundgren was likewise employed to make plastic boats causing Ockelbo-Batar AB which was in company until 1979.
