New Audi TT
In Geneva next week, we will get acquaintance with the new Audi TT.
The Audi manufacturer is ready to present its sports car TT model of the third generation, which will be officially introduced next week at show in Geneva.
Sales are planned to start by the end of this year because the novelty is a car of 2015 model year.
The carmaker has announced this new model will include new forms, lines and the fresh look at the vehicles’ design in tote.
The redesigned exterior of the car includes a single frame grille that gives the novelty a new sporty appearance. However, the LED headlights will offered just as an optional feature.
The interior includes the newest and stylish design developed by the carmaker using most innovative and modern technologies, electronic features and groundbreaking systems to make driving as comfortable as ease.
The new TT is based on the platform MQB, which was developed by the Volkswagen manufacturer. This light and flexible platform will allow reducing the total car’s weight to 2,800 pounds as well.
Now let us tell you about the powertrain that used in this novelty. The new sports Audi car is equipped with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine, which is able to produce the output of 220 horsepower for a basic version of the TT model. In addition, the novelty will be available with a more powerful unit, issuing the power of 296 horsepower.
The carmaker also plans to launch the high performance version with all sports car characteristics; however, there is no information about periods or anything else.
