Chevrolet teases 2016 Camaro's rear end, hood

Gm has stepped-up its teaser effort for the next generation Camaro, re-leasing two added CAD interpretations.
Among the most recent pictures reveals the trunk-lid, rear-window and c pillar, combined with the cut outs for the tail-lights. The spoiler and taillights are reshaped, but the butt generally seems to keep the exact same general type as the present generation -- consistent using the camouflaged image that appeared in earlier teasers. The redesigned coupe retains the distinct back fenders that helped explain the fifth-generation design, but with a high level of detail. Couturiers have added a small crease parallel to the fender edge, trying to provide the appearance of a broader position despite the 2016 product somewhat smaller build. The 2nd opportunity emphasizes the wrinkles and contours on the redesigned hood, which provides a considerably more sophisticated and sculpted contour in comparison with the present version."The Camaro went to the gymnasium and came out having a lithe, more fit physique for the sixth-generation," stated GM design VP Ed Welburn. "It is a a more expressive development of the Camaro's iconic nature - and one that complements its more slender size and sharper reflexes."The firm notes the body contours seem to be type-fitted around the mechanical parts, designed by way of a variety of hand and electronic sculpting. The 2016 Camaro will make its formal introduction in a public occasion in Detroit's Belle-Isle Park on May-16. Read Source
