Citroen creates Trip Advisor-style Web forum
RENNES, France -- Citroen has established a web site where clients can rate their encounters at car dealers.
Citroen customers can post their views on the support given with a car dealer or workshop on its Advisor sites in France, great britain and Germany.
From the end-of 2016, state-unique websites for the message board will soon be accessible throughout Europe and in Turkey, Russian Federation, Brazil and Argentina.
Citroen expects the Advisor software will establish trust in the business name.
A Citroen spokeswoman told Automotive News Europe the discussion board is made to supply clients with a chance to supply opinions about their car dealer encounters by making use of a Web interface much like that of TripAdvisor.
Like TripAdvisor, customers can rate their overall expertise as well as provide opinions, both negative and positive.
"Only in France, we've already discovered a great deal about the best way to better support clients through our car dealer network thanks to the consumer comments," the Citroen spokeswoman told Automotive News Europe.
