Ford will introduce its Focus RS
Next year Ford will introduce its Focus RS equipped with a powertrain issuing 330 horsepower.
The Focus RS has become a best-selling model of the Ford manufacturer not only on the U.S. auto market but also in different parts in the world. By the way, the ST model is also popular with customers around the world.
The updated Focus RS is planned to be equipped with a 2.3-liter engine EcoBoost, which will be firstly officially introduced by the Mustang manufacturer in the upcoming year.
According to the latest information, the Ford manufacturer will equip its novelty with the Mustang’s powertrain, producing the output of 330 horsepower. We would like to remind you that the previous RS vehicles had a four-cylinder engine issuing the power of 345 horsepower.
The novelty is expected to get a front-wheel-drive and five doors. It is noticeable in past Ford launched its Focus equipped with three doors, but as the carmaker’s representative said the carmaker did not plan to produce three-door RS versions of the Focus.
We hope to get more information and fresh details about the coming novelty at the auto show in Geneva, which will take place at the beginning of March.
