All fans in the world are waiting for the new Honda Civic Type R. The model is expected equipped with the improved handing and updated suspension.
These days Honda has confirmed the information that the renewed Civic Type R that is ready for launching this year for the European auto market.
Earlier, the car was presented as a concept car, since then, the production variant was certainly changed.
However, redesign has not affected the performance. The car gets the sporty body kit, a new bigger back wing, new pumped fenders, redesigned taillights, 20-inch wheels with Brembo brakes and the quad exhaust pipe.
The novelty is equipped with the new 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine producing the output of to 320 horsepower. There is the six-speed manual gearbox as standard; the car will be offered with the front-wheel-drive only.
Unfortunately, Honda does not plan to bring the new Civic Type R to the U.S., the novelty will be sold on other auto markets in the world.
The official debut takes place at the auto show in Geneva this year.
