Kelly car switch for Malaysian V8 races

Todd Kelly will push his brother Rick's Nissan Altima V8 Supercar only at that year's Kuala Lumpur Town Grandprix.
Kelly is one of five V8 Supercars motorists heading around to the KL Metropolis Grand Prix next month, joining Craig Lowndes (Triple Eight), Scott McLaughlin (GRM Volvo), Chaz Mostert (Prodrive Racing Australia), and Will Davsion (Erebus).
But the senior of the Kelly Brothers will not be in his No 7 Altima, as an alternative choosing the wheel of the #1-5 Jack Daniel's vehicle normally driven by Rick, who'll be in the United Kingdom on Nissan GT School responsibilities.
The vehicle will designed by racing manager Scott Sinclair, with four other crew members also going to to KL.
"A new nation, being in front of new folks, it's going to be wonderful," Kelly advised Motorsport.com.
"For a great deal of our companions, it is got enormous relevance. It is going to be intriguing to find the answer on the earth there, but we have had fantastic responses from our patrons."
The five V 8 Super-Cars will have three hours of track time in Malaya, including three races... which leaves Kelly questioning in the event the group's driving requirements observer Jason Bargwanna will even be in attendance.
"It is likely to be fascinating. If we are around doing racing with five automobiles, it will not take long for it to to show quite serious," he joked.
