Kia releases Sportage pictures ahead of show debut

Kia today released images of its latest Sportage in front of the sport utility vehicle's introduction in the forthcoming Frankfurt auto-show.
The fourth generation Sportage gets a slicker appearance and an upscale inside to make it compete better in the challenging compact SUV section.
In the newest version, the Sportage's headlamps are not any longer incorporated to the grille but are higher-up next to the hood. The sides possess a more raked account as well as the wheel arches are far more noticeable.
Kia claims the Sportage gets the most genteel and maximum-quality inside the trade name has produced to day.
The layout changes and interior tweaks are geared toward giving the sport utility vehicle a more upscale feel and look to aid the version compete against opponents including the Nissan Qashqai.
The Sportage was created by by Kia's European design centre in Frankfurt with input from your business name's studios in Namyang, Korea and Irvine, Ca.
In the US, the sport utility vehicle posted A - 20% sales increase to 29,247 models through July.
The Sportage is Kia's top vendor in Europe and the third-best-selling compact SUV segment in the area following the Qashqai and Volkswagen Tiguan. Sportage revenue in Europe increased 15% to 66,447 through July, according to industry researcher JATO Dynamics.
The brand new Sportage will go on-sale next year.
