The Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 concept comes with a diesel version
After introduction of the Chevrolet Colorado of 2015 model year, the auto manufacturer is going to present the new concept based on the middle-sized truck. The carmaker has showed it at the auto show in Los Angeles.
The future novelty may be named as the ZR2. Due to it based on the new Colorado Z71, the concept truck is planned to be equipped with 2.8-liter four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine, which is producing the output of 181 horsepower and the torque of 369 lb-ft. The future model gets six-speed automatic gearbox.
The ZR2 gets a more aggressive look including increased angles, mono-tube shocks and the remote reservoir set.
Inside, the interior includes the Jet Black leather trim with the orange contrast stitching, which matched to the headlights color outside.
