The Korean sports car will be available in an electric version
The Korean sports car will be available in an electric version for the European auto market.
The Korean auto manufacturer Oullim Motors is going to launch its Spirra model in the electrical variant especially for the European customers.
The vehicle equipped with a typical V6 twin turbocharged engine will be launched with a new electrical unit.
Some European businesspersons has opened the startup of the European Spirra. The headquarters of the carmaker will be in the Netherlands. The Spirra Europe is in charge of building the cars’ chassis and mounting electric units.
According to the carmaker, the electric powertrain is much powerful enough as a gasoline unit; the electrical Spirra is able to produce the output of even 600 horsepower.
The electrical version will be also available with all-wheel drive while the gasoline version is equipped with the rear-wheel drive only.
Most likely, we will have an opportunity to see the electric novelty at the annual auto show in Detroit next year.
We are expecting the auto manufacture will update the car’s design by this event. In spite of the Spirra’s design was developed in 1990, the car still look quite modern.
The car has the space frame chassis and a body made of carbon fiber.
We may not expect the prices for the Spirra will be low. Currently, the price is known as about 273,000 dollars. In spite of this figure, the Spirra’s price is lower than its main rivals in Europe – the Mercedes SLS AMG Electric drive and the Exagon Motors Furtive-eGT.
