2015 Cadillac Escalade update model
Cadillac presents its renewed luxury SUV that has gotten more powerful engine, redesigned appearance and more spacious cabin. The refreshed Cadillac Escalade will come on the markets as a model of 2015.
The fourth generation of this luxury crossover will suit most potential buyers’ taste. The auto manufacturer plans to produce its own flagship SUV.
The new Escalade production starts next spring at the plant in Texas. The novelty has become bigger. The car got 14-inches extra for its wheelbase and became longer by 20 inches. Besides, the vehicle is rear-wheel-drive as standard but all-wheel-drive as an optional feature.
The refreshed vehicle is equipped with a 6.2-liter V-8 engine, which produces 420 horsepower with the torque of 460 lb-ft, standard 20-inch wheels; however, 22-inch wheels will be available too. To boost and easy handle, the novelty gets the new variable-assist electric power steering system.
The Escalade has a luxury interior. There is wood, suede accents, ambient lighting and other details make the interior be true luxury.
Front and second seats may be heated or cooled. The rear passengers get more space for their legs in spite of the same wheelbase. The second and third seat rows can be folded for cargo space.
Do not forget about safety –the new SUV has additional airbag system that protect a drive and a front passenger on the opposite side from the collision.
The Cadillac’s crossover is equipped with some assist systems such as Lane Departure Warning, adaptive cruise control, side blind-zone detection, front and rear automatic braking and other important and useful systems.
