This is the last line-in our entry for the 2015 Chevrolet Silverado in a recently available four-truck comparison test, a test where the Chevy ended second behind just Ford's newer f150. As we have been stating since the truck debuted for 2014, the squared-away, steel-bodied, leaf-sprung Silverado, in writing, is entirely unremarkable. And though somehow, the assemblage of the work truck's completely unexotic parts is some thing more. For 2016, the Silverado keeps its straightforward hardware but gets a fresh face, enlarges the access to its own discretionary eight-speed automated transmission, and provides Apple CarPlay integration.
