ROMA -- Roma and Milano have ordered no-automobile days in a few days to fight pollution, which has strike unhealthy amounts for weeks mostly because no rain h-AS fallen to to clean away the smog.
A Chinese artist who invested 100 times vacuuming up pollution in Beijing has created the smog in to strong bricks. CBSN's Ben Tracy takes a look.
A six-hour prohibition on automobiles this Monday and Tuesday was declared by Roma on Thursday, while Milano's Anti Pollution measure sees six-hour prohibitions daily from Monday to Wednesday.In Roma, house heat is attributed as well as significant traffic for the eye-stinging, throat-annoying atmosphere. Until air-quality improves, thermostat options in Roma's houses and workplaces can-not exceed 18 degrees Celsius (64 degrees Fahrenheit.) The complete daily hours that furnaces can operate is being decreased from 1 2 to 8, with the exception of universities and hospitals.
