FCA faces lawsuit over mislabeled differentials

FCA is facing a suit from whoever owns a 2014 Ram 1500 over a lost back axle upgrade.
The match was submitted by the the master in Sc after he was notified by FCA the differential recorded on his window decal was wrong. Rather than the 3.55:1 ratio recorded on the decal, the truck was outfitted with a 3.21:1 butt, which is rated to tow quite a bit less. The the master was notified many months months after he made his purchase. He was provided a credit for buying Mopar accessories, although not an improve to the axle which he considered he'd bought. He is only one owner in this dilemma. Based on Automotive News, possessors in Colorado, District Of Columbia, Oregon and New York have noted the exact same issue with changing degrees of succeeding in seeking treatments.
