First delivery of the latest Chevrolet Corvette Z06s
Last week, the General Motors began delivering of the latest Chevrolet Corvette Z06, which came on the auto market as a car of 2015 model year. The U.S. potential customers are ready to receive this supercar.
By the way, some members of the CorvetteForum have started to post pictures of the newest Z06 and even one of them has already gotten the novelty.
Probably, some may notice that the delivery has been started earlier than it was planned. That is right. According to the carmaker, the novelty would have to be delivered next spring; however, as we can see, the automaker had decided not to delay delivering as well.
Certainly, before the first delivery, at the official debut, we told about the new Chevrolet Corvette Z06 of 2015 model year; meanwhile, it will be better to refresh our memory.
The novelty of Chevrolet is equipped with the 6.2-liter V8 supercharged LT4 engine, which is able to produce the output of 650 horsepower and the torque of the same figure of 650 lb-ft as well. The novelty is available with the seven-speed manual gearbox and the eight-speed automatic gearbox. The new Z06 is offered as the rear-wheel-drive model.
If buyers would like to choose the Performance pack, they will get carbon ceramic Brembo brakes and the Micheline Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires.
Talking about the performance of the novelty, we may see, the Z06 equipped with the seven-speed manual gearbox accelerates from 0 mph to 60 mph in 3.2 seconds; the car equipped with the eight-speed automatic gearbox, the acceleration from 0 mph to 60 mph is in 2.95 seconds.
Prices depend on a variant –the coupe body style costs from 78,995 dollars while the convertible version comes with the starting price from 83,995 dollars.
