Ford hires exec who helped build up Buick in China
BEIJING (Reuters) -- A former General Motors sales and advertising executive, Joseph Liu, has joined Ford Motor Co.'s China device -- a transfer ex-co-workers of the auto-industry expert describe as a huge increase for Ford.
