IndyCar driver seriously injured at crash-filled Pennsylvania race

LONG POND, Pa. -- An IndyCar driver was critically injured and fell into a coma following some crashes in the ABC Provide 500 race at Pocono Raceway.Racer Justin Wilson was hit in-the-head with a big part of debris that broke off Sage Karam's automobile when Karam whirled to the wall. His automobile veered left, straight into an an inside wall. He was listed in critical condition in a hospital in Allentown, Pa.Wilson was swarmed by the security crew and airlifted in the track. According to some tweet in the IndyCar Series, Wilson was hospitalized for a head-injury. His state was uncertain. Karam was likewise hospitalized to get a foot injury.
