Toyota has announced the Prius recall

Toyota has announced the recall of nearby 1.9 million Prius models, which were launched since 2009. The cause of recall is a software bud that may slow down or stop a car.
The Japanese carmaker could sell over 3.6 million Prius models in the world since its first launching in 1997.
The software defect may cause a stop in driving. The carmaker has started notification all owners of Prius of mentioned model years to bring their cars into the brand’s service centers to fix this bud. Certainly, this repairing is free of charge for owners.
Fortunately, there are no accidents were reported.
