UAW, FCA pact ties worker bonus to long-term goals

DETROIT (Reuters) -- The projected work pact for Fiat-Chrysler Cars ties union employee spend to fulfilling long term business aims including productivity increases, in accordance with a memorandum sent to the organization 's workers today from CEO Sergio Marchionne.
