GRANBURY, TX -- A 68-year old guy accused of veering his vehicle across a double yellow line right into a motor bike, sending the two of its riders tumbling to the sidewalk, continues to be arrested on aggravated assault charges. William Crum, of Granbury, was detained Monday day and charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a lethal weapon. Each count has a punishment of 2 to twenty years in jail if convicted. The crash occurred Saturday on a two lane highway about 5 miles north of Granbury and was shot on video, which has since gone viral, by another motorist. The movie shows motorcyclist Eric Sanders crossing double yellow lines within an obvious attempt to pass an automobile on TX's Tin best Highway.The automobile may subsequently be observed side-swiping Sanders' bicycle, on which Sanders' girl friend was additionally riding.
