Volvo has revealed the 2016 XC90 R-Design

Last month, Volvo presented the renewed XC90; however, currently, the auto manufacturer is preparing to show the luxury sports version in R-Design of the SUV.
The exterior of the novelty includes new design details in a grille, windows surrounding and the spoiler in front, new exhaust pipes of the sports style. The R-Design is available with 20-inch and 22-inch wheels.
The interior includes the leather Nappa and Nubuck, sporty seats and a leather-covered steering wheel. Inside, we may notice R-Design accents on pedals, gearshift knob and floor mats. Moreover, the novelty gets new 12.3-inch touchscreen display mounted in the center console.
The 2016 XC90 comes on the market equipped with two types of the powertrain. The first one is the T6 –the 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, which produces the output of 316 horsepower. The second powertrain is the T8 –the similar 2.0-liter engine with the plug-in hybrid that is able to issue the power of to 400 horsepower.
The novelty will appear on the auto market in the U.S. next year.
