Audi A5 Reviews
Their strong S5 derivatives, along with the Audi A5 coupe and cabriolet, are one of the most amazing automobiles on the street today, and they still appear clean over four years after their introduction. However it's time for a midcycle facelift that freshens not only the automobiles' styling, but also their technologies.
Unfortunately, within this renewal, the S5 coupe receives a fresh engine. The preceding 354-hp, naturally-aspirated 4.2liter V-8 disappears, making space for the 333hp, 3.0liter supercharged V-6 currently within the S5 cabrio. Torsion stands pat at 325 lbft. This swap comes as no surprise, and can enhance fuel economy significantly. We'll miss the sound of the V - 8, as the supercharged six is really a great engine.
A glorious 211hp, 2.0liter fourcylinder stays the base engine in the A5, that's good with us. This model--on sale in Europe already--is driven by a completely reworked version of the 4.2liter V-8 generating an amazing 450 hp. We discover the RS5 will get to the America in early 2012.
You Most Likely Didn't Want These Anyway
Other markets, obviously, get a broader variety of alternatives. There aren't any less-than four turbodiesels: a 177hp, 2.0liter four and three 3.0liter V-6s. One six makes 204 hp, another 245, and the 3rd is supposed to be a "clean diesel" variant--and here we thought they were all clear diesels--although its electricity output stays undisclosed. In addition, we pass up on the A5 and S5 Sportbacks, the amazing hatchback derivatives, even though their government, the A7, comes here.

The most apparent changes include a new headlights and grille with updated internals.
Could it be sufficient to create the pair to the current? Stylistically, we're not certain your competitors from BMW, Cadillac, Infiniti, and MercedesBenz had trapped to start with. We'd call that a fine head start into a fairly successful upgrade.
