It didn't take a long time for an individual to determine the new Mercedes S-Class can do considerably much better than the normal version, did it? And who better to do such a melody than Mercedes specialist Brabus?
Tuner Brabus must be there waiting with open arms for its next job, as the new MercedesBenz vehicles roll out of the store in Stuttgart, Germany.
The tuner announced a fairly cool upgrade kit for the S-Class now that raises the sedan's output to as high as 720 hp.

The bundle can be placed on the S500 and S63 AMG variants, but we are quite sure more goodies are in the works. As an effect, the S500 now delivers a total of 512 hp and 604 poundfeet of torque.

The most effective version is the Brabus B63S. It gets two particular Brabus turbos, a lowtemperature water radiator for the system, a freeflow exhaust system with 3 and metal catalysts - inchthick downpipes. With all these upgrades, the B63S produces a total of 720 hp at 300 rpm, 5 and a peak torque of 785 poundfeet available consistently between 5 and 1, 750, 000 rpm. For the B63S top rate is restricted to 202 mph.

The latest luxury vehicle for the tri-pointed star already comes with a 4.6liter, 449-hp, twinturbocharged V8, but that obviously wasn't enough. For chrissakes, on Saturdays when all those S-courses visit the drag strip, you cannot be the last one across the line, we envision Brabus saying.

The S500 electricity upgrade for the hottest Brabus is called the B50. That kit enhances output to 520 hp and 604 pounds-ft of torque.

For the S63 AMG, Brabus makes the B63S and B63 kits. The factory output is bumped by the B63 from 664 lbft and 577 hp to 737 lbft and 650 hp, all on tap from 2, 250 - 3, 750 rpm.

The B63S is distinguishable from less outrageous Benzos by its gold heatreflection system for the intake and chargeair pipes. Both factory turbochargers are replaced for more boost. The conversion also comprises a lowtemperature water radiator for the system, a freeflowing exhaust with 3 - inch downpipes and particular Brabus mapping for the ECU.

The sports exhaust system is also provided for the B50 and B63, which uses a managed butterfly valve to change between "sport" and "coming home."

To keep all that speed stuck to the earth, Brabus installed an aero kit in the S - class, produced from plastic and carbon fibre. Later this year the setup will probably be revealed at the Frankfurt motor show.
