At the Detroit show of this year, the Porsche auto manufacturer has just announced plans to launch the totally new version of the Porsche 911 Targa. Recently, we have had a chance to notice a prototype of this future novelty.
As we may see, that prototype got similar new redesigned bumpers and taillights as new versions of the Turbo and Carrera had. According to some rumors, that it will be the GTS version, this car has the special exhaust pipe and probably will be available with the GTS trim as well.
Now we may choose between the Targa 4, which is the all-wheel-drive version and the Targa 4S. Later, the carmaker plans to offer to us the Targa –the rear-wheel-drive version and the Targa S. Meanwhile, it is expected that the most powerful Targa variant will be the GTS version, which will produce the output of 425 horsepower as well.
We are patiently waiting when the novelty comes on the market. Most likely, it will happen not earlier than in one or one and a half of year.
