China explosion torches thousands of VW, Renault cars

Several big explosions in the northern Chinese city of Tianjin have killed at least 50 individuals and torched a large number of new automobiles.
The tragedy apparently happened around midnight in a chemical warehouse facility in the port of entry, located about 75 miles from Beijing. The initial explosion was recorded by seismic devices in a magnitude of 2.3, while the bigger second explosion quantified 2.9, equal to 2 1 tons of TNT, according to CNN.The tremendous blasts ignited nearby warehouses, including several utilized to keep new automobiles entering or leaving the state.
