Fisker promises to build Karma in California

Fisker, now called Fisker Automotive and Engineering Team (FATG), has step by step plans to construct a production facility in america.
Under new possession by China's Wanxiang Group, FATG guarantees to assemble its manufacturing plant in Moreno Valley.
