Fields Automobile Group has agreed to purchase Brumos Automotive in Jacksonville, Fla.
The offer is likely to close in mid-February. Brumos declined to declare the conditions of the trade for the reason that it stays subject to governmental and producer acceptances.
Brumos possesses seven shops which sell Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Lexus, Sprinter and Intelligent automobiles in northeast Florida and southeast Georgia.
