J.D. Power to buy NADA Used Car Guide

The National Automobile Dealers Association has decided to to market an 82-year old association, its Car Information company, to J.D. Energy.
J.D. Power executives declined to produce any of the monetary details of the offer but stated it'll give common cost economies and direct to more complete data and new merchandise.
