Lexus has announced prices for the latest RC model
Certainly, after launching of the high performance model –the Lexus RC F, the RC model lost some attraction of the potential buyers; however, the auto manufacturer has presented the renewed RC as a tamer the RC 350 as well.
The 2015 RC is available with the 3.5-liter V6 engine borrowed from the RC 350 and the 5.0-liter V8 unit, which is equipped in the RC F.
The basic price of the latest RC 350 is 43,715 dollars, while the new RC F costs about 63,325 dollars. If you prefer to buy the all-wheel-drive version of the RC 350, you have to pay not less than 45,950 dollars. Moreover, the additional F Sport pack will cost you 5,085 extra.
The Lexus’s novelty has a main rival in pricing; it is the BMW 4-series. The rear-wheel-drive 435i will cost 46,925 dollars while the all-wheel-drive 435xi version has the price of 48,925 dollars. The BMW variant M4, which is also as much as high performance costs 65,125 dollars.
In addition, the Japanese auto manufacturer is working on development the hybrid variant of the RC; it will be the RC 300h. Unfortunately, currently, the carmaker does not share any plans to bring the hybrid version on the U.S. auto market.
