Mother, son killed in Conn wreck when car hits house

TERRYVILLE, Conn. - A mom and her young son were killed in an auto wreck in Terryville, Ct, on Monday night when the car they were in slammed into a house. Another son survived the crash, reports CBS affiliate WFSB in Hartford, and he was in stable condition as of Tuesday morning. Functionaries haven't yet introduced the victims' names. Christine Alfieri, a neighbour and former fire fighter who had been the primary man on the scene, told WFSB it was "really, really terrible."She stated she immediately recognized the sons' mom was dead, therefore she attempted to protect the cognizant kid from the thing that was was heading on."He was calling out for his mom and I simply requested the gentleman that resided in the scene to please only keep him with his back turned," she mentioned. She said she used scissors to slice the the sons from their seats and did what she could to comfort the remaining kid."Being so youthful, he was in injury," she stated.
