NHTSA investigates Ford Super Duty for steering issue

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has received five complaints that the central failure of the steering gear box leads to a total loss in steering control.
Among the issues is one Super Duty truck that crashed right into a parked vehicle and presumably lost steering.
NHTSA may investigate the complaints and determine if a recognition is important.
