Police ID Mother, Toddler Killed When Car Slams Into Complex

The names of a girl as well as a tot who were killed when a suspected drunken driver crashed right into a Northern California condominium complex happen to be released.
The San Francisco Chronicle reports Monday ( http://bit.ly/1bs2Wif ) that 40-year old Esperanza Morales of Sea-Side and her daughter Julie were killed Saturday night as they walked on a path near a condo complex in Livermore, east of San Fran.
Two other small children suffered slight injuries.
Authorities arrested 35-year old Brian Jones of Livermore on suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and still another alcohol-related driving count.
He posted $350,000 bond Sunday. Jones could not be reached for comment Monday.
Livermore Officer Ryan Sanchez claims Jones lost control of his car near a curve and smashed to the condominium complex.
Sanchez claims the crash occurred after Jones seen a near-by wine festival.
