Probably, Toyota will present its new Supra concept in Detroit
You have also heard about the new Toyota Supra, which is expected to be launched soon. It seems like the auto manufacturer does not plan to change the current concept until the production. According to some rumors, the new concept will be introduced at the auto show that takes place in Detroit next year.
The carmaker is going to increase demand for sports cars everywhere in the world in tote and in the U.S. particular because the Supra had not appeared in the American market since 1990.
Besides, this model will add the Toyota’s sports cars line too.
Toyota introduced a successor of the Supra at the Detroit show in 2007. It was the MkIV; the hybrid sports concept producing the output of 400 horsepower. However, because of the global financial crisis prevented the production of that model.
The Toyota Company chose good time to launch its own sports vehicle with the hybrid powertrain; the Japanese carmaker has the joint project with the Acura to produce a new NSX hybrid, which is planned to come on the market in 2015. Toyota is working with Nissan on development the next generation of GT-R hybrid that is expected at the same period as the NSX.
So we hope that one of the largest auto manufacturers in the world will present its upgraded legend sports vehicle in Detroit next month. We will keep you informed.
