Recall of new Maserati Quattroporte GTS
Maserati has announced its recalling according to its Quattroporte models, which are sedans of 2014 model year. This recall is caused by faults in wiring, which may bring to an engine fails or takes fire.
According to the carmaker, about 63 Quattroporte GTSs will be recalled in the United States.
There is the fault in the alternator-starter motor wiring harness, which can cause to an engine to overheat or start firing. In its turn, this defect may lead to the car to fail that increases risks of accidents.
The auto manufacturer is notifying all owners of recalled vehicles. Owners have to bring their cars to the dealer service center, where the alternator starter wiring harness will be replaced certainly at the expense of the carmaker.
