Special version of the McLaren 625C for Asian auto market

McLaren is working on the development and improving of the cars lineup and currently, the carmaker has made decision to launch a car for a special auto market.
Certainly, we are talking about the new 625C, which is expected to be built for the Asian market. The novelty is based on the 650S including tweaks and looks. Taking into account wishes and needs of potential Asian customers, McLaren is producing the 625C as well.
However, the novelty gets some updates, which include better quality of driving and dynamics, a new suspension, improved ProActive chassis control. The updating in the exterior includes a new softer back spring and redesigned dampers as well.
The new 625C is equipped with the 3.8-liter twin turbocharged engine, producing the power of 616 horsepower. That powertrain is able to accelerate from 0 mph to 60 mph in 3.1 seconds; the maximum speed is 207 mph.
According to the carmaker, the new model will be less extreme but more accessible.
McLaren hopes selling in Asia will increase from 20 per cent last year to 33 per cent this year.
Among Asian countries, Hong Kong is the first auto market where the novelty come on sale.
