The little Chevrolet Trax gets tuned
1932
Usually the tuning is used for expensive cars, which have already had a lot of interesting features. Compact city vehicles are not often interesting to post-market tuning but there are exceptions as Chevrolet Trax, which gets tuned by Irmscher.
Sporting a monotone exterior, the model has been equipped with chrome door handles, side steps and 19-inch Aerostar alloy wheels. Customers can also order lowering springs (which reduce the ride height by 30mm) and a stainless steel or matte black exhaust system with round or oval tips. Interior details are not released but Irmscher promised to make surprises.
The tuning company is currently working on a performance package for the turbocharged 1.4-liter petrol engine. There's no word on how much it will produce, but the standard engine develops 140 HP (103 kW) and 200 Nm (147 lb-ft) of torque
