This Legend auto, which like all automobiles within the collection influenced by the Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse, pays homage to Meo Costantini. Costantini was a good friend of the organization's creator, Ettore Bugatti. He was the top of Bugatti's factory race team for quite some time and was also a driver, winning the Targa Florio 2 times within the Bugatti Type 35, among probably the most successful racing cars ever.

Outside

The human body of the Vitesse Legend "Meo Costantini" is mainly built of carbon fibre. The blue paintwork to the carbon fibre parts references France's classic motor sport colour, along with the Type 35. The brand new paint color "Bugatti Dark Blue Sport" has been especially developed for the automobile. The aluminium components are handpolished and coated with clear lacquer. Bugatti may be the sole creation producer to provide polished clearcoated aluminium bodywork. Yet another particular characteristic of the car is the fact that individual components got two different paint finishes. This demands great ability, and is especially notable to see in the wings, which are finished in both blue paint and clear lacquer.

As a mention of the Costantini's success at Targa Florio, the shape of the historical race course is painted in the bottom of the rear wing (air brake) in "Bugatti Dark Blue Sport." Inside

The inside of the Legend Vitesse "Meo Costantini" is entirely upholstered in leather. The roof, footwell, middle segments of the seats and back wall are typical in the colour "Gaucho", a classy cognac tone.

A short glimpse into the inside causes it to be instantly clear to whom the automobile is dedicated. The shape is portrayed in a polished and milled aluminium relief that's been attached directly under the EB logo to the cover, it self constructed from dark blue clearcoated carbon-fiber.

A particular highlight of the inside may be the scenes and vintage car motifs in the doors, that have been laserengraved into the leather trim together with the extreme precision and attention to detail. Bartolomeo \"Meo\" Costantini

Bartolomeo \"Meo\" Costantini, produced in 1889, was the top of Bugatti's racing team for eight years. He began racing at a very young age and developed an interest in racing cars.
