CAMDEN, N.J. - A former Miss America contestant died early Monday, a week after her car spun-off a Nj freeway and crashed into trees. Cara McCollum expired at Cooper University Hospital, in accordance with Frank DiMauro, chief running officer of the Television station where she labored, as well as a Face-Book message posted by her fam. State police say McCollum seemed to have been driving too fast for conditions on the damp street. They cannot consider alcohol or drugs were an issue. The driver's side-front airbag in her auto deployed through the crash.
