BMW made the charging station

BMW is working on development their own charging station, which is promised to be faster than the typical one.
The new charging station is developed by the carmaker jointly Bosch and equipped with the standard SAE Combo 1 connector. The main advantage of the new station is it is able to charge the BMW i3 to 80 per cent of charging just in 30 minutes.
That charger has 24kWand may be used for some other electric and hybrid models of Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Daimler, Chrysler, Ford and, certainly, General Motors.
The BMW carmaker plans to sell the charger for 6,548 dollars this month.
The 24kW DC charger may be placed on the wall and operate in such extreme weather as the temperature from -40F to 185F as well.
