Fiat, Ford offer incentives to win VW owners in Italy

TORINO -- Fiat Chrysler Cars and Ford are offering inducements in Italy to support owners of Volkswagen Team versions that could be impacted by the German auto-maker diesel emissions scandal to get new versions from their manufacturers -- but some sellers are doubtful in regards to the effort.
