Fiat has released a droptop model of its own Vintage '5 7 500, called the 500c 1957 Version, to more commemorate the nameplate's arrival almost 60 years past.
The newest limited edition version brings all the exact same vintage-themed functions, including 16-inch retro chrome wheels, 'throwback' Fiat badges, and an ivory interior with contrasting brown leather seats. The convertible bundle adds a power-controlled double-layer fabric top, which is often stowed or set in the push of a button. Motorists may also retract the topup to the back spoiler at rates up to 60 miles per hour, with total functioning up to 50 miles per hour. The convertible is driven by a 1.4-liter MultiAir four-cylinder motor, great for 101 hp and 98 pounds-feet of torque, with an option between five-speed manual or six-speed automatic gearboxes. It offers an EPA-estimated 31 mpg in town and 40-mpg on the highway. Other common functions include a 276-watt premium speakers, a leather-wrapped 2-tone steering-wheel and sport-tuned suspension. Pale outdoor colours additionally keep the classic subject, with choices for light-green or 'celestial' azure. The 500c 1957 Edition will sell for $24,700 in the United States of America, bringing in a $1,900 premium over the foundation 500c Couch bundle.
