Lexus presented new details of the new RC F

Currently, Lexus is preparing to produce its RC F sports coupe of 2015 model year, which will be a rival for the Mercedes C63 AMG, the M4 of BMW and the Audi RS 5 as well.
The carmaker brought its prototype to Germany to test the novelty in power, durability and versatility. Earlier, the Japanese auto manufacturer tested its car at the Fuji speedway in Japan and in the U.S. including on highways and streets.
The latest RC F is equipped with the 5.0-liter V8 engine, which is able to produce the output of 450 horsepower with the torque of 383 lb-ft. The powertrain has the Atkinson cycle to reduce fuel consumption but improve the car’s performance at cruising speeds.
The standard gearbox is the eight-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters. The drive is rear-wheel one only.
This novelty is expected to be come on the market by this fall. By that time, the auto manufacturer will announce all details, features, options and prices for the Lexus RC F.
