Man caught on camera dragging officer with car

SAVANNAH, Ga. -- Authorities say a person who pulled an officer with his vehicle Saturday nearly running him around, has turned himself in. Brandon Christopher Adams, 23, was arrested without incident Thursday, reports CBS affiliate WTOC. He's charged with aggravated assault of a policeman and felony obstruction of an officer. WRBLWhen the policeman approached Adams' vehicle, he questioned Adams to pull the key from the ignition, reviews CBS affiliate WRBL. Adams first stated he needed to phone his brother, proper the policeman then advised him to escape the vehicle, Adams could be viewed on video speeding away.
