Mercedes has declared prices for the 2015 C-class
Recently, Mercedes has announced prices for its renewed C-class of 2015 model year.
The basic price is 39,325 dollars for the C300, which gets the 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine producing the output of 241 horsepower and the torque of 273 lb-ft.
The addition of the all-wheel-drive 4MATIC system make the price of the C300 higher by 2,000 dollars to the total car’s cost of 41,325 dollars, then.
The C400 4MATIC model will cost about 49,515 dollars. That version will be equipped with the 3.0-liter V6 twin turbocharged engine that has the power of 329 horsepower and the torque of 354 lb-ft.
Both C300 and C400 will get the standard air suspension. Meanwhile, all C-class will be equipped with the standard seven-speed automatic gearbox.
The 2015 C-class includes a plug-in hybrid version, non-much-expensive C250, a sports version –the C450 AMG and certainly the high performance C63 in the AMG version.
The U.S. buyers will be able to choose any models of the new C-class except only a Coupe variant.
The new C-class is based on the latest Mercedes’s platform MRA that allows reducing the vehicle’s weight due to using lightweight materials. All models became lighter by 200 pounds.
