TALLINN, Estonia - Estonian authorities say a racing-car dropped off the street within an area rally, killing two men along with a girl who have been seeing the contest on the road side. Authorities spokesman Madis Vaikmaa states the reason for the injury was cloudy and authorities had began an investigation. It happened through the final phase of the Harju Rally on Saturday day in great weather. Vaikmaa stated Sunday that the casualties were all Estonian, in their 20s and 30s, and were seeing in a designated place deemed safe for viewers. The Estonian driver and navigator, Sander Sepp and Ants Uustalu, were taken to hospital to be examined after their vehicle over-turned several occasions. Their state wasn't understood.
