Recall of new Chevrolet Malibu and Buick LaCrosse
Recently the largest auto manufacturer has declared the official recall of new Chevrolet Malibu and Buick LaCrosse.
General Motors has recently announced recalling of two sedans of 2014 model year. The reason of this recall is a defect of the front brake system. That defect shows up in reducing of braking; the possible explanation may be the back braking rotors are mounted in front.
According to the carmaker, this situation is able to decrease resource of the front brake and the car’s braking system in tote; moreover, this defect may cause accidents.
Meanwhile, the official representative of General Motors said there were no injuries or accidents had been reported.
Moreover, there are just nearby 1,700 cars were sold, which are subject to this recall, other cars are still in the dealer showroom where they are expecting the official recall.
Last week the auto manufacturer started notifying of all potential owners of affected cars as well as dealers selling both novelties. The customers have to bring their cars into the closet service center and the dealers are in charge to control repairing this defect on-site.
We want to remind you that it is the fifth recall of both brands’ vehicles during two years. Totally, there are about 5 million cars.
