Supplier Magna to exit interior business

Canadian parts supplier Magna Global is planning to leave the interior components generation company having a deal of its own businesses to Spanish company Grupo Antolin.
After the offer is accepted, an overall total of 36 services representing a work force of 12,000 in The United States, Europe and Asia are to be offered for $525 million 2500. The insides office symbolized $2.4 billion of Magna's noted $36.64 in revenue in 2014, according to Reuters. "This trade is in line with with our scheme of refining our product portfolio to concentrate on specific crucial aspects of the car," mentioned Don Walker, Magna CEO, in a official release. "We're convinced that Grupo Antolin will continue to serve our insides customers and supply to our insides workers a strong basis for the long run," he continued.
