There are some new details of the Audi RS 6 Avant Plus
The carmaker has not produced a new version of RS 6 “Plus” since 2004. However, Audi plans to launch a new version of this model, which is built on the RS 6 Avant wagon as well. First rumors about a novelty came last year but only currently, we have a chance to know anything about it.
According to the official information, the Audi’s novelty gets the 4.0-liter V8 TFSI engine that can produce the output of 600 horsepower, which is more powerful by 40 horsepower than the previous model.
The new RS 6 Avant Plus will have updated brakes and suspension for improving the car’s agility. Moreover, the carmaker has worked on reducing the vehicle’s weight.
We have found the previous variant of the Audi TT RS Plus is similar to this novelty. The car will have a more powerful powertrain, updated gearbox and braking system and uses carbon fiber material.
The production of the RS 6 Avant Plus is not planned to be limited. The latest Audi RS 6 Avant came on the market two years ago, so the “Plus” version has to come later this year.
Unfortunately, currently, the auto manufacturer does not plan to bring the RS 6 to the U.S. auto market.
